I have news for the couple who had a run-in with a tool thief earlier this month. All of Tracy is like that!
We’re known for our theft problems and destructive behaviors. I have caught kids red-handed stealing my garden hose, and their parents don’t care. They throw rocks at my house and my neighbors’ houses.
We are installing a security camera and will skip the talk with the parents. We’ll go straight to the police with the tape. It’s a shame we even have to do that, but they leave us no choice.
