• Large: Lodi’s Constellation Brands will spend $885 to buy Fortune Brands, which will include Clos du Bois, Geyser Peak and Wild Horse wineries.



• Small: Tracy’s newest winery, Windmill Ridge, welcomed about 100 visitors to its first weekend; so winemakers and owners Bill and Stephanie Prioste will do it again, from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
