California Highway Patrol officer Brian Hemenway investigates a crash scene where a 1986 Chevy Scottsdale pickup crashed into an irrigation canal off Kasson Road. The driver reported that he had a tire blowout while heading north. The pickup then lost control, crossed over into the dirt and flipped over upside down into the canal, where the truck was partially submerged. The driver and a baby in the truck escaped serious injury and were transported to Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. A tractor was used to pull the truck out of the ditch.
