A Tracy woman pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that she embezzled more than $200,000 from the Tracy Hospital Foundation.

The U.S. Attorney’s office is prosecuting Diane Glazier, 44, on seven counts of mail fraud and three counts of computer fraud. Investigators from the FBI and San Joaquin County District Attorney’s office believe Glazier, a former accountant and executive assistant for the Tracy Hospital Foundation, used foundation credit cards to buy computers, electronics, furniture, groceries and vacations.

Investigators say she used blank checks signed by former foundation director Dan Bilbrey, also the city’s former mayor, to pay credit card bills and made false entries in account books to make it look like the credit card had been used to make charitable grants.

Her next court date is a status conference Feb. 9, with U.S. District Court Judge Edward S. Garcia

Wow!!! Who are you people, I am sure you have all done something in your life that was wrong and your parents weren't proud of or were completely a

shamed that you were their child.....your story just didn't make the paper for everyone to know about.....and I doubt it started with the parents I don't know them but everyone is solely responsible for their own actions regardless if a child grows up in a home full of drug addicts or a strict upbringing....everyone makes their own choices and no one but them decides that or acts on it....their last name...parents....kids....or...drug problem.....you can say alot of things made her do it.....but she is the only one that made the choice......she is the only one responsible.....so quit bad mouthing her parents, kids and last name none of things had anything to do with it I can almost guarantee that....
