SEASONAL STORM:Traffic streams along Interstate 580 toward San Francisco through the teeth of a wintry storm that passed through California on Tuesday. The storm dropped nearly an inch of rain on Tracy stretching back to Saturday and is giving ski resorts in the Sierras an early Christmas present in the form of fresh powder.
