The Tracy and West high school football teams completed their second day of official practice for the 2006 season Tuesday. Coach Mark Stroup and the Bulldogs will look to bounce back from a disappointing 1-9 record in 2005, while the Wolf Pack and coach Steve Lopez will do everything they can to repeat last season’s success, in which West won the inaugural Tri-City Athletic League title and advanced to the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section title game.
