Girl Scout Troop 1267 will host a father-daughter cake bake from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday to raise money for Scout activities.

The theme is “nature,” and the father-daughter teams will be awarded prizes in four categories: most colorful, wackiest, biggest and best use of the nature theme. A trophy will be awarded for the best cake overall.

Scouts are encouraged to take their cake, their family and a potluck dish. Winning cakes will be auctioned at the end, and the ones that don’t win will be eaten as dessert.

The entry fee is $5 per cake. The bake will be at Hirsch Elementary School, 1280 Dove Drive.
