Christmas spirit is so strong at the Tracy Animal Shelter that even the animals are getting into the act. Bongo, pictured here, is a 4-month-old Lab-pit bull mix.

Other animals available for adoption include a female terrier mix, a male miniature Doberman pincher, a male cockapoo and many young cats. The shelter, at 370 Arbor Ave., is in need of Purina Kitten Chow and is open from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
