Holiday happenings are in full swing in Tracy, and residents have a pick of several seasonal concerts, charity fundraisers and an art show to fill their week.

The McHenry House Family Shelter’s Holiday Home Tour tops this week’s list of events. The Sunday tour will begin at McHenry House, where people will receive a map to five extravagantly decorated homes in Tracy. Desserts and hors d’oeuvres will be served, and each home will have a raffle prize.

Director Judith Odegaard said she expects this year’s house tour to draw 600 people and raise at least $15,000. The McHenry House will use the money to buy groceries and pay electric bills, the shelter’s mortgage and salaries for workers.
