New uniforms for Delta Island

PDQ Promotions and Printing of Tracy will donate uniforms to Delta Island School’s physical education program, and the Tracy Hispanic Business organization will donate equipment. PDQ Promotions also supports the Tracy Kiwanis Club, Tracy African American Association, VBR Foster Care and school improvement programs in Tracy.

Community project grants for teachers

Service Learning, an educational community service project, invites kindergarten through high school teachers to apply for its $50 to $500 grants.

The projects can range from one week or to a semester-long, but must integrate community service with academics and civic responsibility.
