Today

Meatball sandwich with red sauce on a wheat bun, red potatoes, carrots and broccoli, fruit cocktail and blended juice.

Monday

Minestrone soup with beans and veggies, chicken-salad half-sandwich, cantaloupe and crackers.

Tuesday

Crab salad, spinach salad, mixed veggies, sliced peaches, orange juice and crackers.

Wednesday

Chicken gumbo, steamed rice, steamed carrots, pineapples and corn bread.

Thursday

Turkey lasagna, seasoned zucchini, lima beans, garlic bread, orange juice and cantaloupe.

Friday

Chicken fettuccini with broccoli, alfredo sauce, steamed carrots, wheat bread, orange juice, parmesan cheese and apple pie.



• All meals are served with low-fat milk and margarine. The senior center is at 375 E. Ninth St. Hot lunch for seniors older than 60 (or the spouse of anyone older than 60) costs $2. For others, it’s $6.
