The arrests occurred around 1:56 p.m.
A 44-year-old woman was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and two charges relating to the sale of marijuana, according to the San Joaquin County Jail website.
Officers also arrested a 25-year-old man on the same three charges, and two additional charges, one including the possession of a gun during the commission of a felony, the jail website states.
A vehicle was towed from the scene. It’s unclear why police began searching the two people.
Tracy police received 172 calls Tuesday, Feb. 5. The following is a sample of those reports.
10:16 a.m.: A 58-year-old man who was allegedly intoxicated outside of a business on the 200 block of West 11th Street was arrested.
12:53 p.m.: Police arrested a 44-year-old man who allegedly tried to hit a woman with a broken piece of glass on the 900 block of West South Street. The woman reportedly ran to a neighbor’s house just after the alleged attack. An emergency protective order was granted for the woman.
6:04 p.m.: A guest at the Quality Inn, 3511 N. Tracy Blvd., was arrested because he was on the “do not rent” list with the hotel. The man was reportedly the guest of another renter at the hotel. During a check by police, it was discovered the man had an outstanding warrant.
