Born Sept. 19, 1963, Mr. Heyer had lived in Tracy 24 years.
Survivors include his daughter, Kristen Heyer of Virginia; mother, Jackie Angel of Tracy; father, Charles Heyer Sr. of Los Osos; two siblings, Ron Heyer and Michelle Heyer, both of Tracy; and a grandchild.
A memorial service will begin at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Tracy Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2025 Holly Drive. Burial will be private. Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., is handling arrangements, and a guest book is online at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
