The Portuguese Halls on West Ninth Street were the locations for two breakfasts, a holiday boutique, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a dinner-dance, a family movie night and a fashion show.
The celebration was expected to be capped off Monday at noon with an annual free Thanksgiving dinner for senior citizens.
The three-day celebration was produced by Dave and Pam Warta, two veteran Tracy event-planner volunteers. Before their newest holiday endeavor, duo was instrumental in hosting the Festival of Trees, a fundraiser for the Sutter Tracy Hospital Foundation that was put on from the mid-1990s until its final go-around in 2011.
Profits from Home for the Holidays will be distributed to local charities through the Tracy Sunrise Rotary Club Foundation.
