• Jeremiah Scott Johnson was born to Tara Ownby and Joel Johnson of Tracy on Sept. 7, 2012, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 19 inches. His maternal grandparents are Amber Ownby and Scott Seriver of Tracy and Jackie and Jessie Turner of Abilene, Texas, and his paternal grandparents are Scott and Debbie Johnson of Tracy and the late Kimberly Johnson. His paternal great-grandparents are Bob and Faye Johnson of Sanford, N.C.

• Scarlet Rose Blay is the new daughter of Rosa and Michael Blay of Mountain House. Born on Sept. 15, 2012, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, she weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces. Her grandparents are Rosa Muniz of Livermore, Dennis Blay of Tracy and Cindy Blay of Murphy, Ore. Her great-grandparents are Nancy Muniz of Hayward and Don and Helen Blay of Escalon.
