• Lloyd L. Proctor, 65, of Tracy, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, at his home. No services are planned. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.

• Robert Gene Provinse, 84, a member of Tracy’s New Hope Church, died Sept. 4 in Manteca. A luncheon to celebrate his life will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at Chez Shari, 305 N. Union Road, in Manteca. P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Services, 290 N. Union Road, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mr. Provinse’s name may be sent to a charity of the donor’s choice.
