A man was arrested at gunpoint on the 1900 block of Middlefield Drive at the Waterstone Apartments at 5:20 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4. The man was allegedly walking around in front of his sister’s residence saying he had a gun in his pocket, though a firearm was not seen. He also allegedly talked about killing their mother before police made the arrest. He was booked into San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp.

Tracy police received 491 calls for service Friday, Aug. 3, through Sunday, Aug. 5. The following is a sample of those reports

I think there was a diverse group of ranchers who were the oredominant culture until the 80s with the rise of the valley.

After all the single income workers moved here, they were met with resistance by a rancher who lives outside Tracy and does not want anyone to have jobs or even a swimming pool on a hot summer day.

I do not think the remaining other ranchers are like that.

Ask around and keep us posted.

Debbdaves...

I'm looking ... and I truly like what I see!! Over the past 50 years, I've lived in a number of cities in Central & Northern California. Every single one of them has problems. It's how you deal with those problems that shows the true character of those in Tracy!

Here's a suggestion... why don't you try to be part of the SOLUTION ... and not part of the PROBLEM!! Quit complaining and do something positive for a change.

If that fails to interest you Deb, perhaps following Blwllm as he makes his way shamefully out of the very town he failed to ever support, should deal with YOUR problem.

The rest of us will continue to do our best to make this the greatest little town ever!

After 10 years of dealing with the "cultural diversity" my family and Irecksbui cllfford.

have had it, we are moving! The deterioration of the civilization here is frightening! The gang mentality, lack of decency and respect for one another as residents is intolerable. It's almost as though this is a third world country! My wife, kids and I have had enough of this toilet bowl you call Tracy... you can have it!

There's something about Tennis Lane, what the heck goes on over there?

Search TP for "Tennis Lane", they are in the police blog several times in the last 30 days.

Not just the last 30 days....At LEAST once a week since I moved here 2 years ago. And we almost rented a house in that area! Glad we didn't.
