WHAT?!?

Could you people hire reporters that know how to write coherent sentences please? Hiring people who know how to use proper grammar and spell would be nice, also.

"6:22p.m.: Police issued a warning to a bird owner on the 2800 block of Jackson Avenue after a caller reported loud parrot squawking."

The parrot then went on to say that he had just seen 'The Dark Knight Rises' and upon entering the theater was forced to sign a disclaimer "saying he wouldn't talk about the movie's plot except to suggest there was a character named "Bruce" - who played 'Batman' - and a hot chic dressed in all leather - which played 'Cat Woman' and essentially they clean-up a modern day city of ruthless and strange looking bad-guys who used cynicism and poor grammar "to take over the Major's Office.""
