1:29 a.m.: A white man was reportedly seen carrying a black bag and walking up and down the parking lot looking into trailers at Tracy Truck and Auto, 3940 N. Tracy Blvd. Police were unable to locate the man.
7:42 a.m.: Three tires on a vehicle were allegedly slashed and the vehicle was keyed outside of Fran’s Fashions, 190 S. Central Ave.
12:29 p.m.: A caller reported that the outside her residence on the 1200 block of Eagle Street was covered in toilet paper and that one of her vehicles was broken in to. The homeowner told police she would install cameras outside of her residents.
3:37 p.m.: Police arrested a woman who allegedly struck her boyfriend during an argument on the 700 block of Glencreek Drive.
9:23 p.m.: Bottle rocket fireworks were allegedly launched at a residence on the 200 block of Portola Way. Police spoke with the resident and cleared the scene.
10:05 p.m.: Airborne fireworks were reportedly being launched in the area of Golden Leaf Lane and Carol Ann Drive.
1:48 a.m.: Police checked on several kids seen wandering the 100 block of Hawthorne Drive. The kids, who were supposedly spending the night at a friend’s house, were returned home.
2:09 a.m.: A caller reported someone on the 2900 block of Holly Drive was threatening to kill another person.
2:28 a.m.: A fire was reported in the mobile home part at 2929 N. MacArthur Drive. Police reported that everyone had been cleared from the area of the fire.
3:38 a.m.: Police couldn’t find three men who were reportedly fighting on the 1400 block of Harding Avenue.
8:09 a.m.: A Honda blocking a driveway on the 400 block of West 21st Street was found with its ignition punched and stereo system taken.
11:47 a.m.: A man riding a Harley Davidson reportedly chugged a beer outside the Chevron at 2615 W. Grant Line Road and rode away with a woman on the bike, as well. Police couldn’t find the biker.
3:36 p.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence near Jack in the Box, 611 W. Grant Line Road.
6:31 p.m.: Police are investigating a report of a 7-year-old being “touched inappropriately” at a birthday party.
8:34 p.m.: A man who had been drinking heavily and previously warned about his behavior at Motel 6 was arrested.
9:26 p.m.: Neighbors complained about a road being “blocked off” by a block party between Montauban Court and Mount Pellier Street. They were also shooting off illegal fireworks, the caller reported. Police didn’t see any fireworks being set off and reported that the partiers hadn’t blocked the road, but did put up signs warning motorists about the number of children there.
12:51 a.m.: Police arrested a 36-year-old man during a traffic stop in the area of Ninth Street and Central Avenue. The man was pulled over for driving a suspicious vehicle, which was identified as a Dodge Magnum, but no further detail about the arrest was provided.
9:37 a.m.: A warning was issued by police to a man seen allegedly looking inside of a U-Haul parked at Waterstone Apartments, 1951 Middlefield Drive. The man didn’t live at the apartments and was told to leave.
9:58 a.m.: Police arrested a 37-year-old man for three outstanding warrants from Santa Clara County. He was booked at San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp on a $110,000 bond, according to the jail website.
11:19 a.m.: Medical attention was given to a man was found lying face down in the grass outside of Rite Aid in the area of Valpico Road and Glenbriar Drive. No police report was taken.
2:21 p.m.: A 29-year-old man was arrested in the area of 12th Street and Parker Avenue on an outstanding warrant for commercial burglary. Police arrested the man after a foot chase during which he jumped over fences as he ran from the area of Highland Avenue and Walnut Street, where the chase reportedly began. His bail was set at $25,000.
4:25 p.m.: Police issued a warning to a teenager for leaving a young child unattended in Fabian Park. The boy, his grandfather and disabled aunt were reportedly supervising six children younger than 8. The police log notes that this is not the first warning issued to the teenager for having a child unattended.
6:18 p.m.: Two men reportedly drinking beer outside a residence on the 300 block of Marie Avenue were issued a warning by police and told to go inside to drink alcohol.
7:22 p.m.: A caller reported that a man was inside the bathroom for about 45 minutes at Dr. Powers Park, 900 W. Lowell Ave., yelling, screaming, howling like a dog and making cat noises. The caller was renting the park for private use when he found the man.
8:30 p.m.: Police issued a citation to a residence on the 200 block of Lara Court for obsessive barking by a dog at the property.
9:20 p.m.: Fireworks were reportedly being set off at Jim Raymond Park, 1458 Sentinel Road. Police were unable to locate upon arrival.
