This 4-month-old Chihuahua-terrier mix likes to be around people and children of all ages. He loves walks, which help channel his high energy level. Pnut barks a bit when he’s excited, but he can wait quietly in his crate when he has to be left alone. He is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccines. Animal Rescue of Tracy is a nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group that has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall. For information: 642-4324 or www.animalrescuetracy.org.
