Usually, they cut a hole in the front of the box so they can see the picture tube. This is Tracy, so, OK, Nuff said.

The old piece of wood in the tv box scam. There's a sucker born every minute, but what are you going to do? It was only $150 which isn't a whole lot of money in the grand scheme of things.

Maybe record a license number and a vehicle description if you decide to go this route.

It's happened before and it will certainly happen again. If people approach you offering to sell you stuff out of their vehicle get a plate # and a vehicle description and call it into the TPD (not on the 911 line). They may be long gone by the time the PD get there but at least they can be on the lookout for them.

That's what you get for being a cheap moron. Seriously, I don't understand why there are so many stupid people in this town. You can't trust anyone these days and if it's too good to be true...IT PROBABLY IS. DUH.

Oh yes, it was an upstandin legal operation right frum th git go. After all we all buy our TVs out of th trunk of a car in a parkin lot frum someone we don't know.

Thair's somethang ta be said fer, "A fool an his money is soon parted."

Sorry ya got yerself ripped off dear but after all is said an done ya really knew in her heart of hearts ya were doin somethang that warn't entirely on th up an up.

Hopefully ya larned a lesson an frankly I wouldn't have told anyone about doin somethang so utterly dumb.

Now here's th hitch, if ya larned frum this error in good judgement ya were just ignorant an didn't know any better.

But if ya didn't larn somethang about this incident, whare ya went wrong an don't ever do something dumb like that again, then yer stupid an I really got no sympathy fer ya because yer really hell bent on doin it again an again with th same results or worse.

Ya didn't thank thair was something wrong when ya entered th deal? Amazin. An ya really expect people ta be sympathetic ta bein that dumb? Equally amazin.

Let's learn frum that error in judgment an start livin yer life honestly an correctly.

If it sounds too good ta be true, it usually is.

This sounds like a similar story except it was the Costco parking lot. When will people realize that a person in the parking lot of a store trying to sell you something they sell in that store at a discount is probably trying to rip you off.
