This 1½-year-old female, a dilute tortoiseshell, is described as a playful, loving lap cat with a plump build. She likes to play with toys and gets along well with other cats, and she can handle supervised time with dogs and children. Lil Rascal is spayed and current on vaccines. Animal Rescue of Tracy is a nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group that has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall. For information: 642-4324 or www.animalrescuetracy.org. During the month of June, the Tracy Bean Festival queen, princess and royal court will be collecting donations of flea and tick preventatives for Animal Rescue of Tracy.
