Villalovoz Principal Lisa Beeso plants a kiss on a white-crested Polish chicken Friday, May 25, to reward students who collected $3,519 in two weeks for Relay For Life. The 600 girls and boys in Villalovoz’s kindergarten through fifth-grade classes took part in the fundraiser, during which they also learned about cancer and proper nutrition. Beeso had promised that if they raised $2,000, she would kiss a chicken, and if they raised $3,000, she would kiss a pig.
