Chester Eusebio Medina

Services will be Tuesday, May 29, for longtime Tracy resident Chester Eusebio Medina, 61, who died of cancer Friday, May 18.

Mr. Medina was born July 26, 1950, in Fresno and had lived in Tracy 47 years. He worked for General Motors and New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. in Fremont.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Rebecca “Becky” Medina; mother, Helen Medina; three sons, Joseph C. Medina, and his wife, Tiffany, of Hanford and Ezekiel R. Medina, and his wife, Mari, and Christopher A. Medina, and his wife, Salena, all of Tracy; and 17 grandchildren.

Also surviving are eight siblings, Susie Orlowski, and her husband, Ed, of Stockton, Steven Medina, and his wife, June, of Manteca, Thomas Medina, Diana Fragoso and Johnny Medina, and his wife, Margaret, all of Tracy, and Robert Medina, Rebecca Medina and Vincent Medina, all of Fresno.

Preceding him in death were his father, Joseph R. Medina; a brother, William V. Medina; a mother-in-law, Teresa Moreno; and other relatives.

A celebration of Mr. Medina’s life will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Visitation will be observed before the service, beginning at 10 a.m. An online guest book is open at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
