A woman asked police for their assistance at 4:04 p.m. Monday, May 21, because someone had allegedly opened a Gmail account in her daughter’s name. She said the person was posing as the girl and was communicating with her teacher at Williams Middle School, 1600 Tennis Lane. She said she was afraid her daughter was being cyber-bullied. The teacher was made aware that any emails from that account were not from the girl.

Tracy police received 143 calls for service Monday, May 21. The following is a sample of those calls.

3:39 a.m.: Police arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of domestic violence in central Tracy. He was arrested after a woman called to report her boyfriend battered her.

8:14 a.m.: Police arrested a 24-year-old man for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop near Independence Drive and Tracy Boulevard for driving with a suspended license. He was booked into San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp.

8:19 a.m.: Police arrested a 41-year-old man following am argument on the 1100 block of Marie Antoinette Court. A woman had called to report a man broke her door and stole her dog, and she said the man choked her when she tried to get the canine back. Police are investigating.

9:27 a.m.: Graffiti was reported on a tow truck on the 200 block of West Whittier Avenue.

1:00 p.m.: A caller reported finding a sick cat at a mobile home park on the 2900 block of MacArthur Drive. She said the cat might have been poisoned. Animal control impounded the feline.

2:01 p.m.: A caller said someone keyed the side of his car on the 200 block of West Lowell Avenue.

2:38 p.m.: A woman said someone keyed her entire car near Safeway, 1801 W. 11th St. Police are investigating.

4:58 p.m.: A woman said someone videotaped her child in the bathroom using a cell phone at the Boys and Girls Club at 1550 Cypress Drive. She the staff have the cell phone, but she feared the video might have been posted on Facebook.

6:20 p.m.: A woman called to report someone broke into her car at the Monte Vista Middle School, 751 W. Lowell Ave. She said the lock was punched.

7:31 p.m.: A resident reported her neighbor’s dog killed a stray cat on the 600 block of Carol Louise Lane. She said the dog broke through its fence and killed the cat. She was advised to contact animal control in the morning.

7:37 p.m.: Police arrested a 23-year-old man in central Tracy on suspicion of domestic violence. The arrest occurred after a woman reported her boyfriend hit her three times in the face. He was booked into county jail.

8:44 p.m.: A fire official reported a pickup with a broken back window was parked near Fire Station 91, 1701 W. 11th St., for several hours. Police found the owner of the pickup said he was waiting for friends to help him, because he ran out of gas.

11:37 p.m.: A caller reported someone broke into his car at the Best Buy distribution center, 2300 Chabot Court. The incident is under investigation.
