A converted barn on Lehman Road southeast of town is the home of Tracy’s first winery. Herve Chevaillier and Tom Schubert are partners in the winery, known as La Bonne Vie, which means “the good life” in French.
Tracy’s annual Keena Turner Golf Tournament, now in its seventh year, is moving this year to The Course at Wente Vineyards south of Livermore. The tourney, which raises funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy, started at Tracy Golf & Country Club and then went to the Sunol Valley Golf Club.
