Services will be Friday, April 27, for former Tracy resident Ruby Lucille Brumley, 87, of Lathrop, who died Sunday, April 22, in Manteca.

Mrs. Brumley was a homemaker. Born in Lathrop on April 30, 1924, she attended Tracy High School, where she excelled in art and athletics, and graduated in 1942.

Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Jack W. Brumley of Lathrop; children, Tim Brumley of College City, Andrea Jones of Grand Junction, Terry Brumley of Roseburg and Melissa Costa of Elk Grove; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Mrs. Brumley’s life will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Burial in Tracy Cemetery will be private. An online guest book is available for condolences.
