Mrs. Kent was born Dec. 25, 1955, in Los Angeles and had lived in Tracy the past 14 years.
Survivors include her children, Greg Kent, and his wife, Cheyenne, and Curtis Kent, all of Tracy, and Janine Connell, and her partner, Bridget Connell, of Hillsboro, Ore.; sister-in-law, Paulette Schroiff of Los Banos; five grandchildren; an aunt; and friends and caregivers John and Lynn Merritt and their daughter of Tracy.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, David Kent of Tracy; and parents, George and Gladys Schroiff.
The celebration of Mrs. Kent’s life will begin at 10:30 a.m. April 21, a Saturday, at Neighborhood Church of Tracy, 4600 S. Tracy Blvd., Ste. 101. Arrangements will be handled by Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., which hosts an online guest book at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
