Kellie, a corgie-terrier mix, is about 4½ months old. Rescuers said she gets along with children, cats and other dogs. With rewards training, she is becoming accustomed to a crate, and she will be spayed and microchipped. Through March 31, Animal Rescue of Tracy has reduced fees to $40 for adult cats and $60 for kittens. The nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group has adoption fairs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall.
