About 8 months old, Pixar is thought to be a Chinese crested-silky terrier mix. Rescuers report that this energetic, friendly dog likes to play with the other dog in his foster home, a Chihuahua. Pixar is neutered, microchipped and current on medications. East of Eden is a nonprofit animal rescue organization. Its volunteers are at Petco, 2888 Grant Line Road, from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
