Milan U11 wins league title at Cabernet

AC Milan under-11 boys soccer team recently finished in first place for the indoor fall season at Cabernet sports complex in Livermore — finishing the season 10-0.

Milan made the playoffs with an 8-0 regular season record, and beat Busc 01 in the semifinals 11-1, and then buried Pachuca Academy 7-1 in the championship game on Friday, Feb. 3.

Team members include Christopher Barron, Ricardo Benitez, Carlos Benitez, Parker Bonin, Miguel Angel, Gilbert Fuentes, Ronaldo Oliva, Emiliano Olmos, Nathan Negrete, Tyler Gaudreau, Julio Fuentes Jr., Estevan Murillo and Jennifer Barron — a 9-year-old and the only girl on the team.
