Avalanche gets win in final game of Cabernet league

The Tracy Futbol Club Avalanche under-10 girls soccer team played their final game of the season at Cabernet Indoor Sports in Livermore on Saturday, Jan. 14, and finished with an 8-3 win over the Hurricanes.

Alani Gayles scored three goals for the Avalanche, Jaden Hall scored two goals and Isabella Saavedra, Jazmin Saavedra and Emily Thompson each scored a goal and had assists. Defenders Abigale Hamer, Eliana Davis, Talie Contreras, Ayanna Barrosso and Isabella Pahulu all protected the Avalanche goal, and goal keepers Brianna Herren and Alejandra Perea each had 11 saves in goal.
