Last week’s Remember When “mystery photo,” at bottom left, shows Dorothy Lorenzen and two Caltrans employees spreading California poppy seeds on an Interstate 205 embankment in the 1970s. Steve Rodarte identified Ed Krohn as the Caltrans worker on the left. Krohn, a Tracy native, died recently.
