Avalanche logs a couple more wins

The Tracy Futbol Club Avalanche under-10 girls soccer team earned a couple more wins last weekend at Cabernet Indoor Sports in Livermore.

On Saturday, Jan. 7, the Avalanche beat the Boomerangs 12-8. Isabella Saavedra led the Avalanche offense with four goals while Jaden Hall scored three goals and had five assists, Jazmin Saavedra scored two goals and Alani Gayles, Emily Thompson, Isabella Pahulu and Talia Contreras each scored goals. Pahulu also contributed five assists. Goalie Alejandra Perea made 24 saves.

On Sunday, Jan. 8, the Avalanche beat the Panthers 10-5. Isabella Saavedra scored four goals, Jaden Hall scored three goals, and Jazmin Saavedra and Emily Thompson also had a goal each. Talia Contreras, Ellie Davis, Alejandra Perea, Abigale Hamer and Ayanna Barrosso all had assists, and goalie Alejandra Perea had 19 saves.
