WOW Tracy PD finally caught some one. For years it seemed like robberies happened in this town and tracy pd would twiddle their thumbs.

As I said before, it is no secret, that Hayward, Oakland, and Richmond people come to Tracy to commit crime.

Everyone wants a business by the freeway to attract customers but it also attracts crime as well.

Tracy Pd needs to have one car with in a few minutes of a freeway exit at all times. More criminals will be caught forming a dragnet around the city rather than driving around in circles.

Do you really think that would work? There are many entrance ramps to the different freeways around Tracy. They can't be tied up sitting there twiddling their thumbs waiting for someone to rob a place.
