The couple met at Tracy Defense Depot, where both are employed.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Anthony and Janet Neca of Manteca. She graduated from Linden High School.
The groom, a Tracy High School alumnus, is the son of Curtis and Jane Williford of Tracy.
Rheannon’s maid of honor will be Krysta Bender, and Curtis’ best man will be Ray Laskowski. The couple will also be attended by bridesmaids Aileen Stewart and Blair Bhandari and groomsmen Brandon Owings and Ryan Martinez.
