Kimberly G. Chase, an airman with the U.S. Air Force Reserve, has completed basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

The eight-week program included training in military discipline and values, fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Chase is the daughter of Carol Johnson-Chase of Tracy and sister of Sara Chase of San Jose.
