Justin proposed to Heather during a trip to New York in February 2011, while walking in Central Park during a light snow shower.
Heather is finishing up her undergraduate studies at California State University, Monterey, and preparing to apply for veterinary school. Her parents are Carlos and Mayda Cuellar of Tracy, and her grandparents are Martha and Jorge Cuellar of Tracy and the late Rosa Hernandez and Roque Mendez. She has one sister, Keegan Cuellar.
Justin is a mechanical engineer at The Curotto Can in Sonoma. His parents are Paul and Patty Ginochio, and his grandparents are Mike and Lucille Ambrosino and Anna Ginochio. His sister is Alicia Ginochio.
The October wedding will be at the Mission Carmel basilica, and a reception will follow at Rancho Cañada.
