Might as well stop calling when you see this folks. Come this January, our Governor signed a law making smoking marijuana or possession of it, less than an ounce an infraction. Same punishment you would get for a seat belt or cell phone ticket. No jail, just a fine. That is unless your DUI or you fail to appear in court on your issued ticket.
This means the cops did'nt believ her nor do I.

TF, FYI this happens ALL the time. Because impracticable to verify by TPD, the local agency (LAPD or LASD) is requested to respond for a "courtesy report" to verify, document & maybe photograph this lady and her injuries. The report, if there's merit would then be forwarded to Tracy PD for a follow-up investigation.
Again, it would be kinda costly and impracticable to send TPD to LA to take this ladies statement.
..and after considerable creative analysis a reality dating service has been established for singles seeking others with similar interests.

I'm sure it was a trivial warrant....
Can police even do that? Not execute a known warrant?
