On Sept. 19, 2010, Mike proposed to Kristin at a family dinner at her grandparents’ house in Oakdale.
The bride-to-be graduated from San Joaquin Delta College with two associate degrees and is majoring in liberal studies at California State University, Chico, to become an elementary school teacher. Kristin’s parents are Michele and the late Scott Glover, and her brothers are Andrew and Matthew Glover, all of Tracy. Her grandparents are John and Sue Reedy of Oakdale.
The groom-to-be works as an automotive technician in Tracy. His parents are Gilbert and Rosa Silva, and his siblings are Bruno, Matthew and Chelsea Silva, all of Tracy.
