Born Sept. 22, 1932, in the Philippines, Mr. Morales lived in Livermore before moving to Tracy 11 years ago. He owned and operated an insurance company for 35 years and was a parishioner of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church and Couples for Christ.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Norma Morales of Tracy; children, Chela Morales-Placome, and her husband, Rick, of Napa, Tessa Howard, and her husband, Chris, of Gualala, Toni Lagos, and her husband, Dennis, of Tracy and Noel Morales of Patterson; two siblings, Clodualdo Morales of the Philippines and Ma. Luisa Orbien of Australia; and four grandchildren.
Friday’s Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. A service at Tracy Mausoleum, 8842 W. Schulte Road, will follow at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 21.
