• Ava Lynn Quiroga Spetter was born Aug. 10, 2012, to Cindy Quiroga and Richard Spetter Jr. of Ripon. She has a brother, Seth Spetter, and a sister, Alison Felber. Her maternal grandparents are Juan and San Juana Quiroga of Tracy, and her paternal grandparents are the late Richard and Shoni Spetter. Great-grandparents are Eulalia Quiroga of Tracy and the late Felipe Quiroga, Martina and Reynaldo Valles, Geraldine Novinski and Fred Sells. Ava was born at Doctors Hospital of Manteca, where she weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces.
