Max’s brothers are Chris Jr. and Andre Prieto, and his grandparents are Rosalinda Ceniceros and Macurio Meza of San Jose and Lourdes and Gustavo Prieto of Tracy.

His great-grandparents are the late Nazzar Singh, the late Chint Kaur, the late Rashem Kaur and Darbara Singh Atwal of Khurdpur, Punjab, India.
