Wedding plans for Cisneroz, Ngauamo-Gutterbeil

Rosa Cisneroz of Tracy and Tamotu Ngauamo-Gutterbeil of Stockton will celebrate their marriage Nov. 15, 2013, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church.

The ceremony will be followed by a reception at University Plaza Waterfront Hotel in Stockton.

The couple became engaged on Christmas Eve 2012 at the home of Rosa’s parents, surrounded by family.

The bride-to-be, daughter of Cynthia and Joe Cisneroz of Tracy, is a stylist and Redken artist at Hair Illusions Salon in Tracy.

Rosa graduated in 2003 from Central Catholic High School in Modesto and attended Elite cosmetology school in Stockton.

She has two siblings, Jose Cisneroz of Manteca and Julissa Kay of Folsom, and is granddaughter to Paula and Francisco Cisneroz and Rose and John Sanchez.

The groom-to-be, son of Vesina and John Guttenbeil, is an 3D engineer for Applied Aerospace in Stockton.

He graduated in 2005 from St. Mary’s High School in Stockton and earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering this year from California State University, Sacramento.

Tamotu has six siblings, Henrietta Latu of Mountain House, Luella Ngauamo of Stockton, Luisa Hala of Whittier, Soo Ngauamo and P.J. Guttenbeil, both of Phoenix, and Hamani Guttenbeil of Stockton.
