40billion.com is a good option for business owners seeking financing and resources. Small businesses and startup entrepreneurs raise money through personal connections online (a.k.a person to person, peer to peer, social lending). This elevates access to funding, increases transparency, reduces costs, and lowers risk.

Entrepreneurs connect with their social networks (friends, family, friends of family, community members, colleagues, alumni and others) to raise up to $99,000 in funding by requesting loans and gift contributions. Funders can get product discounts and freebies, as well as the ability to track how the funding is spent.

Visit http://www.40billion.com for more info about people funding businesses.

"A caller at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 1420 N. Tracy Blvd., reported at 8:37 p.m. Thursday that a man was admitted into the emergency room said the end of one of his fingers was bitten off in a fight at Grant Line Road and Tracy Boulevard."

Well, it looks like he won't be able to point out the suspect to the police.

Hey ftud, long time no see.

I bet next time he will feed the person he fights first :-)

Chilipepper:

I have had "Mucho"experience with the SBA. They usually want a package made up to analyze the funding before it's loaned out.

They also want a dollar to dollar equity value on the package before the lending. This is why I suggested the SBA, we don't want the money going to some special interest agenda as the Grand Theater.

how rude to have deleated my comment which was the first one on here when my comment was about the city asking the local boy and girl scouts to pitch in with service. This is exactly the kind of thing the kids would love to be a part in..all someone has to do is ask them i know my girl scout troop would jump in and help build it, maybe even rent an area
