Minka, a friendly 5-year-old female longhair, is all white with blue eyes. She is accustomed to being around children and other cats. Her coat requires occasional combing, which she enjoys. Minka is spayed and current on her shots. Animal Rescue of Tracy is offering all its adult cats with a discounted fee of $40 during March, in anticipation of kitten season. The nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall.
