Theatre, 1½, is one of four large female cats rescued when their owner was forced to move. She is spayed and vaccinated and is friendly with people of all ages. Feathered toys are her favorites. She and her mother, Lynx, and sisters, Payne and Rascal, are all on low-calorie dry food. Animal Rescue of Tracy is offering “March Madness” adoption fees of $40 for adult cats and $60 for kittens through March 31. The nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group has adoption fairs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall. For information: 642-4324 or www.animalrescuetracy.org.
