While snapping photos of water drops on roses in her front yard April 25, she happened upon a bee collecting pollen and caught two shots of it before it flew away.
Lykins used a Nikon D7000 with a 40mm f/2.8 macro lens set at f/7.1 with a 1/1600 shutter speed at ISO 400.
