Community members have an opportunity next week to pick up a few textbooks at no charge.

Tracy Unified School District is getting rid of old and surplus high school Spanish and French textbooks.

Newly adopted books are taking their places, and the old textbooks will be given to any who ask.

Books can be seen from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, to Friday, July 20, at Instructional Media Center Building A, 1975 W. Lowell Ave.
