Services were Tuesday, May 7, for Rosa A. Amaya Santos, a Tracy native and lifelong resident.

Ms. Santos, 71, died April 29 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born May 10, 1941.

She attended Tracy public schools and worked 13 years as a packer at the Laura Scudders factory. She was also a member of Victory Christian Church.

Survivors include seven children, Frank Santos, Annette Santos, David Santos, Angelo Santos, Rachel Sandridge, Panchito Santos and Audrey Rose Balderas, all of Tracy; four sisters, Lupe Espinoza and Elena Sierra, both of Tracy, Tencha Escobedo of Hinkley and Josie Ortiz of Delano; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were a son, Conrad E. Santos; her parents, Juan and Rosa Amaya; two sisters, Maggie Robles and Olivia Santos; and two brothers, Ray Amaya and John Amaya.

Services took place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, at Victory Christian Church, 1175 W. 11th St. Arrangements were handled by Parkview Mortuary, 3661 French Camp Road, in Manteca.
